Opinion

Case No. 1D09-2461.

Opinion filed May 29, 2009.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County. John M. Merrett, Judge.

Summer N. Saladino and Edith Sheeks, Assistant Regional Conflict Counsel, Jacksonville, for Appellant.

In his order denying the appellant's petition for judicial waiver of parental notice of termination of pregnancy, the trial judge found that the appellant established neither her allegation that she is sufficiently mature to decide whether to terminate her pregnancy nor her allegation that notification of a parent is not in her best interest. Because we conclude that there is no lawful basis for reversal of this order, it is affirmed.

ALLEN, DAVIS, and THOMAS, JJ., CONCUR.
