DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Norman S. Dodd from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for summary reversal and a recalculation of his spousal support obligation.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
