In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its order dismissing the appeal in Nos. 2-00-0963 2-00-1078 cons. Pursuant to In re Curtis B., 203 Ill. 2d 53 (2002), the appellate court is directed to consider the appeal as properly brought pursuant to Rule 306(a)(5) and shall consider, in the exercise of its discretion, whether to accept the appeal for resolution on the merits.
