We CONDITIONALLY GRANT a writ of mandamus compelling the trial court to (1) vacate its April 17, 2023 order denying defendants' rule 91a motions to dismiss and (2) grant the defendants' Rule 91a motions to dismiss. The writ will issue if the trial court fails to comply with this Order before March 5, 2024. All other relief is denied.
