Reynold N. Mason, of Brooklyn, New York, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of November 8, 2004; and a rule having been issued and served upon him requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and the time to file a response having expired; It is ordered that Reynold N. Mason is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
