Scott Brettschneider, of Mint Hill, North Carolina, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of March 29, 2021. a rule having been issued requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred. the time to file a response having expired. It is ordered that Scott Brettschneider is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
