ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Joseph Diruzzo filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court has failed to act in accordance with instructions from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. See Diruzzo v. State, 581 S.W.3d 788, 790 & n.1 (Tex. Crim. App. 2019).

This Court requests the real party in interest, the State of Texas, acting by and through Constance Filley Johnson, the District Attorney of Victoria County, Texas, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
