Renewed motion by Elyse Hope Diller for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Diller was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 9, 1986, under the name Elyse Hope Kovler. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 23, 2003, Ms. Diller was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years based upon nine charges of professional misconduct ( see Matter of Diller, 308 A.D.2d 14, 763 N.Y.S.2d 827). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 30, 2007, Ms. Diller's first motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and *891the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on her current fitness to be an attorney. By decision and order on application of this Court dated October 29, 2008, Ms. Diller's application for leave to withdraw her motion without prejudice to renew after a period of one year was granted. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2010, Ms. Diller's renewed motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on her current fitness to be an attorney.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the report of the Committee on Character and Fitness and the exhibits annexed thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Elyse Hope Diller is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Elyse Hope Diller to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
