The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21-076, recommending on the record certified to the Board pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f) (default by respondent) that Glen M. Diehl, formerly of Warren, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1986, and who has been suspended since November 6, 2019, should be suspended for a period of six months for violating RPC 8.1(b) (failing to cooperate with disciplinary authorities) (two instances) and RPC 8.4(d) (engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice);
And the Court having determined that a reprimand is the appropriate quantum of discipline for respondent’s unethical conduct;
And good cause appealing;
It is ORDERED that Glen M. Diehl is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall remain suspended from the practice of law pursuant to the order filed on November 6, 2019; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
