DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by William Anthony DiConza for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. DiConza was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 15, 1986. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 3, 2017, Mr. DiConza was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, effective June 2, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that William Anthony DiConza does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
