IN RE: JUDGE SCOTT DiCLAUDIO COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT PHILADELPHIA COUNTY

Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire Attorney for the Respondent, Judge Scott DiClaudio 103 South High Street P.O. Box 3231 West Chester, PA 19381-3231 (610) 696-4243 Attorney I.D. No. 18491

MOTION OF THE RESPONDENT , JUDGE SCOTT DiCLAUDIO, FOR AN EXTENSION OF TEN (10) DAYS TO FILE A PRE-TRIAL MEMORANDUM

The Respondent, Jude Scott DiClaudio, by and through his just-retained counsel, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, respectfully requests an additional ten days to file a Pre-Trial Memorandum for the following reasons:

1. Mr. Stretton was just retained by Judge Scott DiClaudio.

2. Mr. Stretton understands the Respondent's Pre-Trial Memorandum is due either today, September 15, 2020 or tomorrow, September 16, 2020.

3. Mr. Stretton does not know enough yet to be able to do a Pre-Trial Memorandum.

4. Mr. Stretton has talked to Melissa Norton, Esquire, the counsel assigned to the case, and Mr. Stretton believes that he and Ms. Norton can work out the required stipulations that will set this case in a posture to go to a resolution rather quickly.

5. Mr. Stretton, therefore, requests an additional ten days to review the discovery and to prepare the stipulation. Ms. Norton has no objection to the extension of time.

WHEREFORE, the Respondent, Judge Scott DiClaudio, by and through his counsel, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, respectfully requests this Honorable Board grant him an extension of ten days to file the Pre-Trial Memorandum and stipulation for the reasons set forth above.

Respectfully submitted,

/s/_________
