The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment.

The following order was passed.

Respondent's motion for reconsideration having been read and considered, it is hereby granted. The Court's opinion in this disciplinary case, dated April 24, 2012, disbarring respondent is vacated and the case is remanded to the special master to conduct an evidentiary hearing, subject to review by the Review Panel if requested by either party. The evidentiary hearing is to be limited to evidence as to whether respondent was mentally impaired and, if so, whether any such mental impairment impacted upon his ability to present evidence of mitigating circumstances.
