MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators claim the trial court erred in granting the defendant's motion to dismiss the case. Relators have not shown that they do not have an adequate remedy at law. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.7(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8 (a).
