In the Matter of the Dependency of K.M.L., DOB: 09/11/10, A.R.L., DOB: 08/19/08, E.E.L., DOB: 05/17/07, Minor Children. v. STATE OF WASHINGTON, DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES, Respondent. SAMUEL LABBERTON, Appellant.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

Dwyer, J.

Samuel Labberton appeals from the trial court's order terminating his parental rights. He raises two issues on appeal. Labberton first contends that, because the court-appointed special advocate did not report to the court the views of his children regarding the termination proceeding, the subsequent termination of the parent-child relationship was improper. In the alternative, he contends that the termination statute is unconstitutionally vague on its face.

These same issues are fully addressed in our decision in the linked and consolidated cases, In re Dependency K.M.L., Nos. 68277-6-I, 68278-4-I, 68279-2-I (Wash. App. Feb. 4, 2013). We adopt the analysis of those cases to the issues presented herein. Accordingly, we determine that Labberton's claims are without merit.

Affirmed.

We Concur: Jau, J., Cox, J.
