ORDER
This matter having been duly presented, it is ORDERED that Robert Michael Dennerlein, III, of Wayne, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2015, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months retroactive to October 4, 2018, by Order of this Court filed May 6, 2020, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that for the remainder of respondent's probationary sentence and until the further Order of the Court, respondent shall provide to the Office of Attorney Ethics quarterly proof of his weekly attendance at a drug/alcohol treatment program and shall notify that office immediately if a random drug test taken during probation yields a positive result.
