ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE

In accordance with the Court's opinion issued this date, the petition for writ of mandamus is conditionally GRANTED. The Court ORDERS the trial judge, the Honorable Andrea K. Bouressa, of the 471st Judicial District Court of Collin County, Texas, to VACATE the June 30, 2021 order denying relator's motion for summary judgment on his counterclaim for advancement and declaratory judgment and RENDER an order granting the motion.

We further order the trial judge to file with this Court, within thirty days of the date of this order, a certified copy of her order issued in compliance with this order. Should the trial court fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.
