PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 18th day of July, 2012, Joseph N. DeFilippo having resigned from the practice of law in the State of Connecticut by the Acceptance of Resignation and Waiver of the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Ansonia/Milford, effective September 8, 2011; the said Joseph N. DeFilippo having been directed on March 16, 2012, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Joseph N. DeFilippo is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
