MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to grant his motion for a nunc pro tunc order granting jail time credit. Relator's petition does not comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus and he has not shown that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
