Chapter 7 ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE'S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR'S CLAIMED FLORIDA HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

Pursuant to the Memorandum Opinion Sustaining Trustee's Objection to Debtor's Claimed Florida Homestead Exemption, entered simultaneously, it is

ORDERED:

1. The Chapter 7 Trustee's Objection to Property Claimed as Exempt (Doc. No. 13) is SUSTAINED.

2. Debtor's interest in the home located at 20324 Mardi Gras Street, Orlando, Florida ("Home") is not exempt homestead under Article X, Section 4(a)(1) of the Florida Constitution and §§222.01 and 222.02 of the Florida Statutes.

3. The Trustee may administer the Debtor's interest in the Home.
