This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 20019-CI-15029, styled DDAV Water, LLC v. DTB Investments, L.P., pending in the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable John D. Gabriel, Jr. presiding.

On July 31, 2019, relator filed a motion requesting an emergency stay of the trial court's July 29, 2019 "Order Granting Defendant, DTB Investments, L.P.'s Emergency Motion to Dissolve Temporary Restraining Order and Motion to Dismiss." This court lacks jurisdiction to rule on a motion to stay a trial court's order in the absence of a properly-filed petition for writ of mandamus. Therefore, relator's motion is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending the filing of a petition for writ of mandamus that complies with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.
If relator does not file a petition for writ of mandamus or a motion to dismiss this original proceeding by August 12 , 2019 , this original proceeding will be dismissed for want of prosecution.
It is so ORDERED on July 31, 2019.
