Opinion

No. 05-05-00303-CV

Opinion Issued March 11, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 101st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-04526.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering them to disclose tax returns and corporate records. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion in ordering the disclosure. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
