MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators have filed a motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus and their emergency motion for stay. Relators' counsel states that he has conferred with counsel for real parties in interest Marcelino Rincon and Michelle Mata, who do not oppose this motion. We grant the motion and dismiss this original proceeding and the emergency motion for stay. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
