Opinion

No. 05-03-01226-CV

Opinion issued August 21, 2003

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DV02-9045-G

Writ of Mandamus Denied,

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in lifting an abatement. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show themselves entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
