David Mark Davis, II seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Honorable Wes Suiter, Judge of the Angelina County Court, to file a trial court certification in Davis's criminal appeal in this Court (appellate cause number 12-15-00273-CR). See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(a)(2). Judge Suiter has filed the requested trial court certification. Therefore, Davis has obtained the relief he sought in this proceeding. JUDGMENT

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING

ON THIS DAY came to be heard the petition for writ of mandamus filed by DAVID MARK DAVIS, II. Said petition for writ of mandamus having been filed herein on December 5, 2015, and the same having been duly considered, because it is the opinion of this Court that a writ of mandamus should not issue and should be dismissed as moot, it is therefore CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the said petition for writ of mandamus be, and the same is, hereby dismissed as moot.

By per curiam opinion.

Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Hoyle, J. and Neeley, J.
