Opinion

No. 05-10-00258-CV

Opinion issued March 26, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the City of Balch Springs, Dallas County, Texas.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators seek review of a determination that a petition seeking a recall election for the Mayor of the City of Balch Springs is insufficient under the city charter. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
