IN RE CHAD FENLEY DAVIS

Original Proceeding

From the 85th District Court Brazos County, Texas
Trial Court No. 04-01287-CRF-85

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Chad Fenley Davis filed a "Motion for Leave to File Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Petition for Writ of Mandamus," seeking to compel the trial court to rule on his "Motion for Return of Seized Property." The Court was subsequently provided a copy of the trial court's ruling on Davis's "Motion for Return of Seized Property." Accordingly, because a ruling has been made, Davis's "Motion for Leave to File Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Petition for Writ of Mandamus" are dismissed as moot.
