ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-191, concluding that Nathaniel Martin Davis of Maplewood, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1996, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(a)(failure to safeguard client funds), RPC 1.15(d) and Rule 1:21-6 (recordkeeping violations), and RPC 8.1(b)(failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further determined that respondent should be required to (1) provide the Office of Attorney Ethics with monthly three-way reconciliations of his attorney accounts for a period of two years, (2) resolve all inactive client balances in his attorney trust account, and (3) deposit any unidentified funds in the trust account with the Superior Court Trust Fund Unit within six months after the filing of the order of discipline;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Nathaniel Martin Davis is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that Nathaniel Martin Davis shall provide the Office of Attorney Ethics with monthly three-way reconciliations of his attorney trust account on a schedule to be determined by that office for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall resolve all inactive client balances in his trust account, return the funds to the owners of identified funds, and deposit any unidentified funds with the Superior Court Trust Fund Unit within sixty days after the filing date of this Order; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
