ORDER

AND NOW, this 14th day of February, 2017, it is ORDERED and DIRECTED that the trial in this matter will resume at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, in the Superior Court Courtroom, 530 Walnut Street, 17^th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Court has allotted Wednesday, May 3^rd and Thursday, May 4^th, and, if necessary, Friday, May 5, 2017, for the conclusion on this trial.

The parties are directed to submit a Supplemental Pretrial Statement listing the remaining witnesses expected to be called, along with a summary of the substance of the testimony of each witness, by April 17, 2017.

The attachment of counsel for trial, set forth in the Order of December 14, 2016, shall continue upon these dates.
