AND NOW, this 19th day of December, 2016, it is ORDERED and DIRECTED that the trial in this matter will be held beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in Courtroom 5001, 5^th Floor, Pennsylvania Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17106.

The Court has allotted two days for this trial, and, if necessary a third day on Friday, January 20, 2017. Court will be in session until 5:00 p.m. each day trial is being conducted, with a one hour break for lunch, and other breaks as needed. Counsel should prepare accordingly.
