DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order to show cause of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated October 12, 2021. Separate motions by the appellants Prescott Lester and Peter Lester for leave to appeal to this Court from the order to show cause and to vacate a temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
