PRESENT:
Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered October 1, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated October 11,2019, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered October 1, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Caitlin M. Connelly, Esq., 170 Manhattan Avenue, PO Box 292, Buffalo, New York 14215, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Jefferson County, is hereby directed to provide Caitlin M. Connelly, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Jefferson County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Jefferson County Family Court Clerk's Office.
