MODIFICATION OF OPINION

Our opinion, filed July 26, 2007, is hereby modified by deleting the first paragraph on page 2 of the typed opinion and replacing it with the following paragraph:

A mother appeals from an order terminating the dependency court’s jurisdiction over her child and granting legal and physical custody to the child’s father, with monitored visits for the mother. We affirm.

This modification does not affect the judgment.
