    Again, the power to grant a temporary injunction to prevent damages which may flow to a litigant pending disposition of its appeal rests exclusively with the district judge. Accordingly, we deny Castleman's petition for a writ of injunction pending disposition of the appeal in 07-20-00312-CV.
