In the MATTER OF George T. DAGGETT, an Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 234011966)


452 ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB23-281, recommending that George T. Daggett of Sparta, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1966, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.4(c) (failing to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions about the repre- sentation) and RPC 1.5(b) (failing to set forth in writing the basis or rate of the legal fee);

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that George T. Daggett is hereby reprimanded; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

453ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
