IN THE INTEREST OF D.A. AND D.A, Children

On Appeal from the 324th District Court Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 324-705028-21.

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Because appellant's brief does not meet the general requirements of Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.9, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed on June 4, 2024. We ORDER appellant to file, no later than June 24, 2024, a brief that conforms with rule 9.9. In particular, documents in the appendix contain sensitive data and must be redacted to remove the names and birth dates of minor children. See id. 9.9(a),(c). We caution appellant that failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8; 42.3(C).
