APPEALED FROM COUNTY COURT AT LAW IN AND FOR CHEROKEE COUNTY, TEXAS

ORDER

"In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the child, D.D., was reported as an Indian child. The Court has determined that the record contains verbal findings regarding whether the child is an Indian child under ICWA, but does not contain written findings. Accordingly, It is ORDERED that the trial court shall, on or before July 8, 2022 provide written findings as to whether D.D. is an Indian child.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a supplemental clerk's record, including the trial court's findings be certified to this Court on or before July 13, 2022."
