IN THE INTEREST OF D. C. B., A CHILD, APPELLANT
APPEALED FROM 349TH DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR HOUSTON COUNTY, TEXAS
ORDER
In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the child, D.C.B., was reported as an Indian child. The Court has determined that the record does not contain findings regarding whether the child is an Indian child under the Indian Child Welfare Act.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the trial court shall, on or before November 9, 2021, (1) make appropriate findings as to whether D.C.B., is an Indian child under Indian Child Welfare Act and (2) cause a record of the proceedings to be prepared and make appropriate findings as to whether D.C.B., is an Indian child.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that a supplemental clerk's record, including an order and the court's findings resulting from the ICWA hearing, be certified to this Court no later than Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
