ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 18, 2007, be modified as follows:

Add the following footnote immediately after the first sentence of the third paragraph on page seven:

On March 9, 2007, following the filing of the minor’s opening brief, she raised this issue by way of a petition for writ of mandate (C055094). On April 17, 2007, we denied the petition.

This modification does not change the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied. (.)
