ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECUSAL

On February 15, 2002, Harold F. Chorney filed a "Motion to Recuse Judge Votolato," alleging essentially the same grounds as stated in his prior motion to recuse of July 7, 2000. Nothing has changed since July of 2000. For the reasons stated in my order of September 8, 2000, denying Mr. Chorney's prior motion to recuse, which are adopted and incorporated herein by reference, the instant motion to recuse is DENIED.

Enter judgment consistent with this order.
