ORDER
In an order dated December 30, 2015, we ordered Micaela Ynostrosa to file, by January 14, 2016, a supplemental reporter's record of the motion for new trial hearing held on June 12, 2014. We sent a copy of the order to Ms. Ynostrosa and Joie Rivera, Official Court Reporter of the 255th Judicial District Court. As of today's date, the requested supplemental reporter's record has not been filed. On January 5, 2016, appellee's counsel informed the Court that Shantel Beheler, not Ms. Ynostrosa, recorded the motion for new trial hearing.
Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Rivera, as the Official Court Reporter, to coordinate with Ms. Beheler and ensure that the supplemental reporter's record of the motion for new trial hearing held on June 12, 2014 is filed with this Court by FEBRUARY 9, 2016.
On the Court's own motion, we ORDER appellant to file a brief by FEBRUARY 24, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Rivera, Ms. Beheler, Ms. Ynostrosa, and all parties.
