ORDER
The Supreme Court having ordered on September 28, 2015, that EDUARDO R. CRUZ-LOPEZ, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1988, show cause on December 1, 2015, why the Court should accept the discipline by consent in this matter (DRB 15-086; XIV-2012-0201E), or why the Court should not take such other action as it deems appropriate;
And it having been reported to the Court this date that EDUARDO R. CRUZ-LOPEZ died on June 21, 2015;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the Order to Show Cause issued in this matter is hereby discharged and the motion for discipline by consent is hereby dismissed as moot.
