MOTION DECISION

Present - Hon. Sallie Manzanet-Daniels, Justice Presiding, Anil C. Singh, Peter H. Moulton, Martin Shulman, Julio Rodriguez III, Justices.

An order of this Court, having been entered on February 3, 2022 (Motion No. 2021-03603), suspending petitioner (who was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the Second Judicial Department on October 25, 2006), from the practice of law for a period of three months, effective March 7, 2022, and until further order of this Court, And an order of this Court, having been entered on May 19, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-00953), denying petitioner's motion for reconsideration and/or reargument of the aforesaid order, and for a stay of his suspension pending further proceedings, And petitioner, by his attorney Peter E. Brill, Esq., having moved this Court on May 1, 2023, for an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.16(a) and (d), reinstating him as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And petitioner having filed an affidavit in support of his reinstatement, sworn to on April 12, 2023, in addition to a timely affidavit of compliance as required by 22 NYCRR 1240.15(f), And the Attorney Grievance Committee, by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney (Jun H. Lee, Esq., of counsel), having submitted an affirmation, dated April 21, 2023, stating, inter alia, that it does not oppose petitioner's reinstatement, And The Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection, having submitted a letter dated April 26, 2023, that it has no objection to petitioner's reinstatement,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously, Ordered that the motion is granted and petitioner Wayne F. Crowe is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof.
