From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2019-CI-18559 Honorable Laura Salinas, Judge Presiding
ORDER
Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice
The reporter's record was due on April 15, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. This court granted court reporter Debra Jimenez's request for additional time to file the record and extended the due date to May 15, 2024.
On May 22, 2024, after no reporter's record or request for additional time to file the record was received, we advised Debra Jimenez that the record was late. We directed her to file a notification of late record by June 3, 2024, or the reporter's record by June 21, 2024.
To date, no notification or reporter's record has been filed.
We ORDER court reporter Debra Jimenez to file the reporter's record in this court within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c).
If the reporter's record is not filed as ordered, a show cause order shall issue directing Debra Jimenez to appear on a day certain and show cause why she should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record. See id.; see also Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 21.002.
We direct the clerk of this court to cause a copy of this order to be served on Debra Jimenez with proof of delivery. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.5.
Because "[t]he trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed," Tex.R.App.P. 35.3(c), the clerk of this court is directed to deliver a copy of this order to the Honorable Laura Salinas.
