ORDER

CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relators' petition for writ of mandamus and DIRECT respondent, the Honorable Diane Jones, to vacate her April 2, 2024 discovery orders.

We further ORDER respondent to file with this Court, within thirty days of the date of this order, a certified copy of her order issued in compliance with this order and with the Court's opinion of this date. Should respondent fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.

We VACATE our April 16, 2024 order staying the April 2 discovery orders.
