PER CURIAM
AND NOW, this 8th day of October, 2019, upon consideration of the Application to Stay and the parties' responses to a Notice and Order directing Peter Jonathan Cresci to provide reasons against the imposition of a disbarment reciprocal to that imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Application for Stay is denied. Reciprocal discipline is imposed upon Peter Jonathan Cresci consistent with that imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey at D-57 September Term 2018. He shall comply with all the provisions of Pa.R.D.E. 217.
