IN RE CHRISTOPHER CREEKS, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus

Panel consists of Justices Kelly, Countiss, and Rivas-Molloy.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator, Christopher Creeks, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus, challenging the trial court's order holding him in contempt. Relator argues that he "is [being] illegally confined and should be discharged from confinement" because he "has demonstrated impossibility of compliance with the trial court's [contempt] order," the contempt order "impermissibly seeks to impose the terms of its judgment upon a party not subject to the judgment," and the contempt order is "unclear and ambiguous as to the requirements for [r]elator to purge himself of contempt."

The underlying case is Mary and Antonio Hernandez v. Christopher Creeks, Cause No. 35020, pending in the 12th District Court of Grimes County, Texas, the Honorable David Moorman presiding.

We deny relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
