IN RE C.P., Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS
314th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2015-04597J

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 7, 2015, relator C.P. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable John Phillips, presiding judge of the 314th District Court of Harris County, to vacate his August 18, 2015 temporary orders authorizing the removal of the child from relator by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and order the return of the child to relator.

Relator has not established her entitlement to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, McCally, and Busby.
