ORDER
Respondent pled guilty to willful failure to file a state income tax return in violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 12-54-40(b)(6)(c) (Supp. 1998). The Office of Disciplinary Counsel asks this Court to place respondent on interim suspension pursuant to Rule 17, RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR. Respondent consents to interim suspension.
IT IS ORDERED that the petition is granted and respondent is temporarily suspended from the practice of law in this State until further order of this Court.
Pursuant to Article V, § 4, of the South Carolina Constitution, Rule 402(d) of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules is amended by adding the following paragraph after the end of the first paragraph:
Until they have been admitted, applicants are under a continuing obligation to keep their applications current and must update responses whenever there is an addition to or a change to information previously filed with the Clerk. These updates must be made in writing and must include all relevant documentation.
This amendment shall be effective immediately.
