JUDGMENT


IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the plaintiffs are entitled to actual damages from the United States of America due to the actions of the Internal Revenue Service for a willful violation of 11 U.S.C. § 362 in the amount of$1000.00

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs are entitled to costs for of the filing fee in the amount of $75.00.
