ORDER

PER CURIAM

On March 12, 2024, Relator, Ruben Chavez Cortez, filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On March 18, 2024, the State filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file its response to Relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Subsequently, on March 25, 2024, the State filed its response.

No deadline for the filing of a response has been imposed. Accordingly, we DISMISS the State's motion for extension of time as moot.

It is so ORDERED.
